A weekend without the boys isn't as hard as I thought it would be! In fact, Charlie and I kept saying 'I wish we had just one more day.' For our last day we headed to Chimney Rock State Park for some hiking. We haven't been hiking for a l-o-n-g time and when we do hike it's with the boys on our backs, so this was so much fun! Lots of stairs and sore legs afterwards, but totally worth it. Chimney Rock has views of over 75 miles and the Hickory Nut Falls hike leads to a 404 foot waterfall. In the first picture, Charlie is on the rock by the flag in the red shirt. I'm taking the picture from a higher cliff on another trail...
