The boys are not big on wanting to hold Dylan yet (especially not compared to Blake, Asher and Jonas!) but they are all about being big brothers and big helpers, so they jumped at the chance to feed him a bottle. They did great!

Our house was cRaZy for the last five days with all these boys, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. Elise booked her flight the day that Dylan was born, both of us realizing that there was the potential for her visit to be more hectic than helpful, but she was amazing and got me through the most difficult first few days by taking care of her three and my three big boys. She and Charlie took the kids to the pool every day so I could have a quiet house to rest and she was up with all six at the crack of dawn, feeding them all and entertaining them so I could get a little more sleep. I'm so thankful that the trip worked out and she could come on such short notice. I couldn't ask for a better big sister!

Oh Dylan, we're more in love with you every day. A week ago you weren't even a part of this family yet and now we can't imagine our family without you!

From the first day Blake was here he wanted to hold Dylan all the time. He would lay on the couch and lay belly to belly with Dylan for an hour, then get up and want to do it again 5 minutes later. He's a baby-lover for sure!

Once Jonas was allowed to try holding Dylan, he was hooked! Any time anyone was holding the baby he wanted a turn, and he would move a pillow to the couch so he could lay down and hold him like his big brothers. It was pretty darn cute - until his turn was over! He was not a big fan of having to give the baby back!
