Our trips to San Diego are always amazing! We decided to leave on Thursday afternoon instead of Friday night, which meant that we had all day on Friday to have fun! We started the day at Cabrillo National Monument, Point Loma and the tidepools. The tidepools are actually my favorite place in San Diego, but because the tides were too high and we didn't pack the hiking packs to carry the boys in, we had to enjoy them from a distance.
Could you tell that I was holding Owen? I had to look twice!
Afterwards, we met my Aunt Pam and Uncle Tim and Pam's sister Mary Beth for lunch at a very cute Italian place called Pastabilities. It was naptime after that, so we spent the evening relaxing, enjoying the hot tub and playing Backgammon (my new favorite game!)
