This table used to have a glass shelf on the bottom - used to until Eli decided to make it into a little seat for himself. I was fine with him climbing up and sitting on it until he tried to dismount and cut his tongue on the glass. Bye-bye glass, time for storage. I thought that would disuade him from climbing, but apparantly, the bamboo is just as fun. He sits with his legs in the holes and tries to play with the toys underneath. He's not very good at getting out of the table though, and usually ends up crying out in pain as he struggles to dislodge his leg, but shy of getting rid of the table, I'm not sure what else to do!
