Easter Weekend 2010: Dearborn, MI
We flew to Michigan from Atlanta to spend Easter weekend with Elise, Kirk, Blake and Asher, and in making those plans, it worked out for the rest of the family to drive up for a visit too!
On Friday, we took the kids to a marshmellow drop. They dropped 20,000 marshmellows from a helicopter and then each age group of kids would run out to collect them (to trade in for a prize, NOT to eat!). The kids really had a good time putting the marshmellows in their bags, playing at the park afterwards (Eli's new thing is 'balance beam walking') and walking back along the river. The picture of Charlie and Eli just melts my heart, and my brother Jeff has a sweet spot for Owen.
