I took a morning to go for an 'extreme' hike at Goat Cave with my friends Julie and Heather Jane. The hike started out normal enough but then quickly turned into a scramble up rocks and ladders, holding tree roots for support and praying to not fall off a cliff! The hike led up to a cave that used to be inhabited by goats (hence the name) and was definitely worth the effort of getting up there.
