We made it to Colorado! Our 10 year anniversary trip/baby moon is underway and not a moment too soon. We left Dallas the day after Owen came down with a nasty cold and by the time we came back all three of them had a full blown croup-coughs. Janet came to stay with the boys and didn't exactly get what she bargained for, but we are so thankful for the time away to spend together. The first night we cooked dinner in and made tilapia, scallops, baby asparagus and dipping oil for bread, apples and cheese. Delicious! We used the rest of the bread and asparagus to make a four-star breakfast too. This is the life!
