At the Duck Pond, in search of tiny turtles. Good thing we brought our fishing nets and buckets because we found some! Owen and Eli were so excited to hold them. At first we didn't let Garrett (sucking your fingers and turtles with the potential to give you salmonella don't mix!) but we got the hand sanitizer ready and watched him closely and he was in heaven. I can't say that the turtles he held made it through the rest of the day after their trauma, but there's only so much you can do with a 19 month old!
