Our vacation house backed up to Wachum Falls State Park and the running trails were out of this world! I had been used to 90+ degrees in Dallas but the morning of my first run it was only 59! And within the first 8 seconds on the trail I saw a mother deer with her twin fawns. Bliss!
Later that day we met at the park for a huge family reunion. All the cousins and their kids were there as well as a ton of more extended family. Charlie and some of the older cousins did a little cliff jumping while the boys cheered from the sidelines. Most of the cousins came over after the party for pizza and hanging out so we could put our boys to bed - the time change was rough!
