Birch Bay was unlike anything beachy I've ever seen before. The tide was low and we could walk out the distance of (what felt like) two football fields. There were sand dollars everywhere! Some were alive (the black ones) and some were dead (the white ones) and there were so many! We finished the day at a delicious seafood restaurant right on the water and watched the sunset.
