I love getting presents in the mail! Here are a couple of the treasures that we received last week in addition to many cards congratulating us on the arrival of the boys. Anything other than bills and junk mail is enough to brighten my day, but hearing the screen door open after seeing the FedEx/UPS/Post Office truck outside sends me over the edge. It's the little things these days that really make a difference : )
Tie-dye onesies from Charlie's sister Jenny. She picked them up at the Logan, Utah farmers market where she not only buys local, fresh, in season fruits and veggies, but also sells the bags, purses and other items that her amazing degrees of creativity help her to come up with.
My cousins, Heather and Kevin, sent us these outfits in the mail. They also have twin boys (who just turned three), so they've been a wealth of knowledge on the topic of raising them.
I've had my eye out for these statues ever since I knew that they existed, but haven't been able to find them in any stores. Then, in an amazing stroke of luck, my college roommate's mom (Judy Galand) sent them to us in the mail! They are called "Two Together" and are created by Willow Tree, which I think makes beautiful statues for all the different phases of a families life.
