Our best evening out was at Saddleback Ranch for a horse drawn sleigh ride dinner. It was a beautiful snowy night through the ranch and the dinner was exceptional. Charlie got the steak and I chose the salmon, a cowboy sang songs and played the guitar while we ate, another cowboy taught us how to lasso, and then we slow danced and ate dessert. It was romantic and perfect and we loved every minute of it!
